Hispanics are the third largest demographic in New York City, with more than three million Spanish speakers. With a large Hispanic population, and as the center of the advertising industry, there is no better place to study the nuanced world of Hispanic advertising than in New York. Through weekly assignments you will learn to combine design and writing skills for the Spanish-speaking market, and refine the conceptualizing skills necessary to create successful ads. The course will also include guest lectures from some of the most creative minds in advertising working in the Hispanic market. By the end of the course, you will have transformed your raw ideas into solid campaigns and begin to build an extraordinary portfolio. NOTE: This course is taught in Spanish and requires that participants possess fluency. Bernd Wojtczack
