BFA Illustration and Cartooning faculty member and comic book artist David Mazzucchelli will moderate a discussion with preeminent European graphic novelists Jaromir Svejdik (Jaromir 99), Jaroslav Rudis, Nicolas de Crecy, Pierre-Francois Beauchard (David B.), Isabel Kreitz, Igor Tuveri (Igort) and Francesc Capdevila Gisbert (Max). The discussion is presented in conjunction with the “New Literature from Europe” series organized by Czech Center New York, The Cultural Services of the French Embassy, Goethe-Institut New York, Istituto Italiano di Cultura and Instituto Cervantes. A book signing will follow.
