In anticipation of its fall 2009 opening, the MFA Interaction Design Department at SVA presents “Dot Dot Dot,” a monthly public lecture series exploring interaction design, business and aesthetic inspiration. Designed to satisfy both social and scholarly pursuits, each program features three talks by three practitioners in thirty minutes, followed by drinks. First up, Tom Bodkin, design director, New York Times; Jake Barton, founder and principal, Local Projects; Andrew Sloat, graphic designer and videomaker; and Christopher Fahey, SVA faculty member for Interaction Design Fundamentals, will present their individual design processes, from sketching to production.
