Author and educator Avital Ronell will examine the relationships between art and morality, presenting the dossiers of Friedrich Nietzsche, the most ferocious defender of art as a vital necessity. Ronell is a professor at NYU and the European Graduate School in Switzerland, and frequently contributes to ArtForum and ArtUS. Presented by the MFA Art Criticism and Writing Department.
